Appointments & Bookings
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.
- A £10 deposit per person is required for all online bookings. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your treatment.
Arrival Time
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
- Arriving late may result in a shorter treatment time to accommodate the next guest.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit.
Health & Safety
- Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your treatment.
- Our therapists reserve the right to adjust or decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for your condition.
Professional Conduct
- Wi Lai Spa maintains a professional and respectful environment at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Gift Vouchers & Packages
- Gift vouchers and package bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
- Please present your voucher upon arrival.
Payments
- We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of your treatment.

We DO NOT accept any clients who is currently undergo of cancer treatments or those that is not ABLE and FIT BODY.
1. How can I make a booking?
You can easily book your appointment online, by phone, or in person. A £10 deposit per person is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your treatment.
2. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit.
3. What time should I arrive?

4. What should I wear during my massage?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Depending on the treatment, your therapist will provide towels or appropriate draping to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times.
5. Are your therapists qualified?
Yes. All our therapists are professionally trained and certified in Thai traditional massage and various therapeutic techniques.
6. Can I have a massage if I’m pregnant?
Yes. We offer Pregnancy Massage designed specifically for expectant mothers. Please let us know how far along you are when booking so we can tailor the treatment safely.
C- Section please wait at least 6 weeks to come get your massage.
Natural Birth can get massage after 2 weeks.
7. Do you offer couples or group bookings?
No, we can only accomodate one after the other.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
No we accept cash and bank tranfer . Your deposit will be applied toward your final total.
9. Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available for any amount or specific treatment and make a perfect gift for any occasion.
